She shares definitions, metaphors, examples, steps you can take, and word choices you can make to ensure you are developing your growth mindset. Having a Growth Mindset impacts how we see ourselves in the world and how we view setbacks, challenges, and even failures. The good news is that you can learn to shift your mindset if you find that you are more of a fixed mindset person and would like to have more of a growth mindset. Once you understand your own mindset and the power of mindset – you will want to make the shift.
