Listening to your Body

We’re trying something different and offering what Dr. MC is calling a series of “Bite-Sized Pods.” These episodes are shorter in length and focus on one topic with Dr. MC instead of our traditional interview style. To kick us off, this week we’re here to talk to you about the importance of listening to your body.

How many people can say that they truly listen to their bodies? And do periodic check-ins to see how you are feeling at any given time? The answer is likely no, but this is not a good way to be. Oftentimes, we are very disconnected and we ignore warning signs and dis-ease within the body. We push through the pain, we are quick to find a cure, and don’t take the time to get to the root cause of an ailment, well the time is not to start listening to your body.

In this first episode of “Bite-Sized Pods,” Dr. MC shares insightful information and ways we can invite more mindfulness in our lives to keep us listening to our bodies.
