Dr. MC's Self-care cabaret podcast first 3 episodes

I’m so excited! And I just can’t hide it! I’m about to lose control, and I think I like it! This is how I feel this week! OMG, the podcast is FINALLY launching on WEDNESDAY. Mark those calendars for 7/21. And if you missed the trailer, don’t worry you can listen to it NOW

What to expect on Wednesday? The first THREE episodes will be available on ALL major podcast platforms!

Episode 01: One Singular Hole

First up, a conversation with my dear friend, Tristyn Sepersky. Tristyn and I met several years ago while I was choreographing an award-winning production of “Hair.” Tristyn is talented, honest, funny, and a great friend. We covered a lot of ground in our conversation. We chatted about moving our bodies in joyful ways, sleep, breathing, and more. Tristyn has wonderful metaphors that are important to remember when we think about our goals, what we have achieved, and what we still hope to accomplish.

Episode 02: Ridin’ the Wave of Life

My next episode is a conversation with my friend, reiki master, and fellow healer, Amber McMahon. Amber is one of the coolest people I know. I have learned so much from her, and she helps me more than she likely realizes. If you have ever heard me rave about my Reiki master and my sessions, Amber is my girl! Located in Arlington, MA, I have known her for years, and her reiki sessions and guidance helped me complete the Ph.D. program in 3 years. We discuss energy in the body during our chat, setting boundaries, and the importance of connecting the mind, body, and spirit.

Episode 03: Infinite Need, Finite Resources

The third episode being released this week is a conversation with my former colleague, mentor, and fellow educational expert, Jeffrey Benson. Jeffrey has years of experience working with challenging students and school staff across various settings. We worked together about 10 years ago, and I still recall his teachings in my practice. We discuss relationships and their importance, energy, mental health, social-emotional learning, and more.

The podcast is available on ALL major platforms, including Apple, Spotify, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Stitcher, Pocket Casts, and YouTube. When listening to this podcast on your preferred player, it is important to like, rate, and subscribe!
