I have been sharing resources for a few days now on my personal Facebook page, and I have had several people thank me, share posts, text me, and tell me how helpful it has been. So I figured, let’s take this one step further! I have put together a list of FREE resources and things that might be useful to folks during this time. Honestly, there is so much here and more that I can’t cover in a single blog post!

This list includes resources for everyone. There are links for adults, kids, artists, musicians, students of all ages, and more. I have grouped them into categories as best I can (ex: special education, college students, virtual tours, field trips, art, theatre, math, writing, etc). These resources are not my own, I am just compiling a list. I am not responsible for the content of any of these resources. Take some time and look through. There is everything from self-care tips to free courses at Harvard to Montessori inspired indoor activities, apps for musicians and everything in between.
Personally, I have found it helpful for my husband and I to stick to a routine. We have sketched out a rough daily schedule and we are communicating throughout the day to support each other as needed, and yes, to vent as well. I also felt so much better after I exercised, so please, practice some self-care. There are TONS of free exercise programs and videos online. Lots of local fitness studios are offering virtual workouts and apps are waiving their subscription fees. If you need help, ask me.
Please comment with more resources and ideas too! Let’s keep this growing.
Stay well and be kind.
