Join Dr. MC, a former professional dancer and choreographer, for Dance Break: a 30-minute, pay-what-you-can virtual dance class open to all bodies and abilities! 

Try an energizing Tuesday afternoon session featuring low-impact versions of pop, jazz, salsa, cha-cha, line dancing, and more. Or join a Thursday early-riser class with chair yoga, stretching, and (optional) light weights. 

Warm-ups and cooldowns include breathing exercises and gentle stretching. Modifications are offered along the way.
